Last Day In Santorini

Visited the Musuem of Prehistoric Thira after a quick lunch ( burger pita ) as it closes by 3.00pm ( for the shade and air condition ) but cost me 3 Euros. Was astounded by the bathtub exhibit dating from the late Cycladic period 16th century BC. Some things in Greece have not changed for over 3000 years. Afterwards went back to the hotel for a nap. Most sensible thing to do in the afternoon. There's a submarine ride to see lost Atlantis but no time for that now. Think I'll just chill out al fresco at a cafe and watch the tourists walking by . Its too hot to do anything else.
Had dinner at a multi terraced restuarant with view of the caldera. They were playing my favourites from their sound system - Andrea Bocelli, Sara Brightman, Chris Spheeris. Got quite chilly though, and regretted not bringing my jacket. Almost perfect. Booked on catamaran-ferry back to Athens for tomorrow. A five- hour journey I'm told ( but I was to learn otherwise).
